How do I find my correct size?
We recommend referring to our specific size guide on each product page. Many of our customers find that going up a half-size from their standard running shoe size provides the best fit for technical terrain.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, original condition with all packaging intact.
How should I clean and maintain my norda® shoes?
To extend the life of your shoes, remove the insoles and hand wash them with cold water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, and let them air dry away from direct heat sources.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
