At norda®, we are committed to the highest standards of performance and craftsmanship. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original norda® shoebox and shipping container, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
